My Life Story With Anxiety
I have dealed with anxiety almost my entire life…
Anxiety is no friend of yours,anxiety will try to bring you to your lowest point,but you should not let it control your life and control you.
My struggles
I lost my mother at the age of 14 due to suicide…It took a hard blow on my life,I felt lost,I had no father,it was just me and my mother.
My mother had been struggling with depression her entire life.Depression is one of the worst illnesses in this life.Along with depression comes Anxiety,over the years the suicides have increased alot.It is time for a change…
My anxiety and depression
These Illnesses will hit you out of nowhere,make you feel like you can’t go on anymore,make you feel like you have no meaning in life.We all always look at other persons lives,and wonder why yours can’t be like that persons life.By doing that drifts you further away to find your true meaning in life.It stops you from being you and trying to be like someone else.We all have a purpose in life…From today try to be you for a change,instead of trying to be someone else.
I had health anxiety,still do actually,It’s not as bad as it was.I had the worst physical symptoms,symptoms like not being able to breathe,pain all over my body and many more.It ruined my day to day life like,going to the gym or going out with my friends to enjoy life.
Never Google Symptoms
Instead of going to the doctor,trying to self-diagnose yourself is one of the worst things you can do.You would have a headache and google would tell you,you have a brain tumor.Never google your symptoms.Anxiety can mimic alot of serious illnesses.When i googled symptoms,google told me that i was going to die soon,that i have the worst possible diseases known to mankind,like cancer or any bad illness you can think of.
Rather try to relax and take your mind of these stuff,take a break from social media,go for a run,workout more,make your life positive
