What is health anxiety?
Health anxiety is an obsessive and irrational worry about having a serious medical condition. It’s also called illness anxiety, and was formerly called hypochondria. This condition is marked by a person’s imagination of physical symptoms of illness.
Or in other cases, it’s a person’s misinterpretation of minor or normal body sensations as serious disease symptoms despite reassurance by medical professionals that they don’t have an illness.
Every person on this planet have some type of problem,whether it’s stress,work-related or anxiety.We all face day to day problems,it’s part of our life whether we like it or not.
Feeling nervous, restless or tense.
Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom.
Having an increased heart rate.
Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)
Sweating.
Trembling.
Feeling weak or tired.
Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry.
Cleaning a room.
Gardening.
Doing a crossword puzzle.
Painting or drawing.
Going for a hike.
Take your mind of things that can make you stress or give you fear of any kind.
